Here's how earning, redeeming and referrals work.
Earning conditions
- Signup points are awarded after email verification.
- Purchase points are calculated on the final eligible amount paid, excluding shipping fees.
- Social media rewards are limited to one claim per platform per customer, subject to verification and app functionality.
- Birthday rewards can be claimed once per year.
- Review rewards apply to verified purchases.
- Points from cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
Redemption conditions
- Minimum spend of RM79 per order.
- Only one points redemption per order.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
- Points cannot be combined with selected promotions unless specified.
- Customers must have sufficient available points to redeem a reward.
Referral conditions
- Referral discounts are for new customers only.
- The referred customer's first order must meet a minimum spend of RM79.
- Referrer points are awarded after the referred order is fulfilled and passes applicable cancellation or refund checks.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with selected promotions unless specified.
